Expeller

Expeller is designed to extract the highest possible amount of oil from the seeds. Expeller is used for extracting oil from high oil content seeds such as sunflower seeds, rape seed, castor seed etc… It can be used for either full pressing or pre pressing in which the extracted cake is then processed in Oiltek solvent extraction plant.

Seed Cleaner

Seed Cleaner is specifically designed for the preliminary cleaning of all types of seeds at high flow rates in preparatory section. It effectively removes all size impurities from the seeds. The seed cleaner is fitted with an Aspiration channel for the removal of finer particles like husk, chaff etc…

Destoner

Destoner is used for the cleaning of grain and other granular products such as stones, mudballs, glass pieces, metal pieces etc… from the seeds. The machine is provided with 2 screens in the sieve box for effective separation of stones. Degree of separation can be optimized by individually adjusting screen inclination and air quantity.

Cracker

Cracker Roller Mill with 4 rolls is used mainly in solvent extraction plants for the crushing of oil seeds. The rolls are pressed together mechanically by disc springs. The feed gate is adjustable to regulate the feed stock. Large doors arranged on both sides of the machine allow visual inspection and sampling.

Hull Separator

Hull Separator is specifically designed to separator the hulls from the cracked soya seeds. This helps in achieving high protein soya meal.

Cooker

Cooker is designed for the cooking and/or conditioning of oilseeds during the preparation process before the mechanical pressing or flaking. Vertical Cookers are multi staged and big size stages are used. Besides sterilizing and decontaminate the seeds, the cooking process is to provide the cooked seeds with plasticity to reduce the oil’s viscosity and clot the proteins

Flaker

Flaker is designed to turn the broken oilseeds into thin flakes ranging from 0.3 to 0.4mm for the subsequent oil extraction either through mechanical pressing or solvent extraction. It is designed to enable automatic feeding system and the speed can be varied.

Expander

The Expander is included in the preparatory to increase the production capacity by 20-30%, without altering the final fat values. It reduces the power, steam and solvent consumption thus obtaining crude oil of higher quality. This is designed with automatic feeding system wherein speed of the feed can be varied easily.

Dryer Cooler

Dryer-Cooler is used for drying / cooling of expanded material during the process prior to solvent extraction as well as the drying and cooling of extracted meal, pellets or granulated material prior to storage
